PaymentVision provides this online service “the Service” to allow you to make a payment to Republic Finance via an e-check (also called an Automated Clearing House or ACH transaction). Operating as an authorized agent of Republic Finance, PaymentVision will transmit your payment instructions to the banking clearinghouse that will process this payment. PaymentVision will charge you a Convenience Fee for accessing this Service, in addition to your payment to Republic Finance.
Using the Service will result in two separate e-check (ACH) transactions on your statement:
1. Your payment to Republic Finance
2. The Convenience Fee paid to PaymentVision
Completion of your payment to Republic Finance is contingent upon authorization of your bank’s authorization of both of these ACH transactions, and receipt of funds. If the payment information entered is inaccurate, or your payment is not authorized and processed, your payment to Republic Finance will not be completed and you will be responsible for all resulting penalties, late fees, bank fees, returned or dishonored check fees, and interest charges.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to authorize ACH transactions on the account you enter. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. PaymentVision reserves the right to refuse service, or suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time.
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY PAYMENTVISION ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PAYMENTVISION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND FOR THE SERVICE, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS. YOU ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. PAYMENTVISION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR DISRUPTIONS IN THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHER FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF PAYMENTVISION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
